reflection

Reflection:
One thing that really made this project more interesting for me was the fact that we got to choose what ever topic we wanted. I think that that really helped me stay on task because I got to pick a topic that I was interested in and wanted to learn about. I am really happy that I chose the Salem Witch Trials as my topic. I actually didn’t mind researching or reading the information. Another thing that really helped me and made an impact on my project was the benchmarks. Because of the benchmarks I really felt like I was managing my time. Also, I wasn’t so stressed out in the end because I had most of my work completed. I really stuck to the benchmarks, yet I feel that if I worked longer while I was writing my posts, then I wouldn’t have had to take so much time out to revise them later. I really feel like I made an improvement in my time management skills and I will try to make my own benchmarks for my next project. I like using blogs more than handing in an essay or a printed paper. I think I prefer it this way because it gives us the ability to go back and fix our work as much as we want. I like this because the further I go into my project, the more I learn and I often find myself wanting to add more and new information that I just found. I also like it because we can add our friends to our blog and they can peer edit it for you or give you helpful tips to make it better. And I could look on my friend’s blogs and get ideas from them. I really like the genres that I chose. I feel like I spaced out the information well and made it very creative. I worked really hard on this blog and like the way it turned out.
